I lead projects right from inception and planning, through implementation, to evaluating successes and learning. I build partnerships with all kinds of organisations (local and national, private, public and third sector), prioritising my values of widening access, bringing people together and maximising impact.

I have a particular passion for new and ambitious projects that connect people and ideas, that widen access or tackle social injustices, or that need a real burst of energy to take them to the next level of impact. I'm interested in participatory research and sharing best-practice, working sympathetically with a range of stakeholders to understand what's working, what can be improved, and where lessons can be learned. And I'm experienced in supporting organisations to work more effectively, embedding systems and processes that get the job done - supporting and not distracting from your priorities.
