THINGS I DO

I'm passionate about collaborating with interesting people and ideas, getting new projects off the ground, and helping community projects thrive. I've spent over a decade in senior roles across the Scottish charity and arts sectors, specialising in community development, strategic planning, project management and grant making. Now freelance, I'm especially interested in projects that help people actively shape the places that they live, and in overcoming the barriers that prevent more voices being heard in society. In studying part-time toward an MSc in Social Anthropology at Edinburgh University, I'm exploring interests in gender and reproductive justice, social activism and power structures, looking to complement my professional experience with research, theory and thinking.
